Proper MIDI Studio Setup

With MIDI Network Setup open, everything should look more or less like this image. If it doesn't, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

What's the problem?

There are no sessions in the list

Click on the + button below the session list to create a new session. Name it something nice, and be sure to tick the Enabled checkbox. Then, add a participant device.

There are no devices in the participants list

In the Directory box, select the device you are receiving MIDI cues from. In this case, it'll be our tracks computer, which will be labeled Xperience's iMac Pro. Next, click the Connect button.

"Who may connect to me" doesn't say "Anyone"

???? did you try changing it??? why are you asking me such stupid questions?

Anything else

It's pretty likely that it won't be a problem.
